New North Carolina law overrides Charlotte anti-discrimination rule

The defenders of the Charlotte bathroom ordnance say it’s only there to help transgender, It is written in such a way that it allows people who aren’t even presenting themselves as the opposite gender to enter any bathroom.

Of course, transgenders run counter to our own design. However, this legislation is not really about transgenders. It is about privacy and decency. Why would anyone right and ordinance in such a way that it would allow for violation of privacy? For some reason, there are politicians who think this is a good thing because it allows them to curry favor with the gay and transgender movement. And they love to claim someone is being bullied.

More tonight.
