Three Churches Attacked in Burkina Faso During the Past 2 Months

On Sunday, May 12, a Catholic church in Burkina Faso was attacked by 20-30 gunmen. Six people, including the priest, were killed. Afterward, the attackers burned down the church.

After years of quiet, it appears that terrorists, possibly Al-Qaeda or ISIS, have been staging attacks, including the 3 church attacks.

This is important news about religious persecution, but it will probably be hidden behind some incessant news about the latest meaningless politics in Washington.
